Metal Anti-corrosion Epoxy Zinc-rich Primer for Steel Structure Bridges

Product Introduction:

This paint is a two-component heavy-duty anti-corrosion primer formulated with powder, using epoxy resin as the base material in Component A, along with ultrafine powder and epoxy resin as one component (A), and using polyamide resin as the curing agent in Component B. It features air drying at room temperature and minimal powder sedimentation.

Main Characteristics:

The paint film has a high powder content, providing cathodic protection, excellent adhesion, and outstanding water resistance and rust prevention. It also features fast drying, oil resistance, and compatibility with most anti-rust paints and topcoats. A film thickness controlled around 20 micrometers does not affect welding performance. This paint can serve as a maintenance primer for steel plates after shot blasting in various parts of ships and bridges, as well as an anti-corrosion coating for steel structures.
